- We have been very diligent to match product numbers with photos. However, some items may not be exactly as shown. Photos shown may include additional accessories or optional parts. Please consult your local representative before purchasing based on photos.
Our standard payment terms are net 30 days with credit approval. We accept Visa and Mastercard at point of sale. Interest charges will apply to overdue balances.
The Stevens Company offers repair services for most items or will assist in coordinating repairs with the manufacturer. Repair times may vary based on parts availability, shipping time and demand. Please consult the closest office for details. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping items for warranty or repair.
Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Please note warranty information included in product description where applicable. Stevens will assist in the coordination of warranty repairs with the manufacturer and in many cases will repair or replace merchandise as required on behalf of the manufacturer. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping items for warranty or repair.
Please check your orders immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage in transit or any shortage to the order, please advise us within 2 business days of receipt of the goods.
Return Goods Policy
- Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning goods. Returns will not be accepted without the accompanying RMA. Shipping instructions will be provided at that time. Please package items carefully and clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the package.
- Stock items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if unmarked, undamaged, in original packaging and in resalable condition. A restocking charge may apply depending on the item and location.
- Special order items are not returnable for credit.
- For defective items, please return the remaining portion of the product and enclose a note explaining why it is defective along with the RMA.
Minimum Orders & Shipping
Merchandise orders are normally processed the day of receipt. Most products are shipped by courier for next day delivery (longer for remote locations). Orders may be subject to a shipping and handling fee.
Some products are deemed to be dangerous goods by the Ministry of Transportation and as such are subject to additional shipping charges.
